By engaging with Slayy Digital LLC, signing up for a subscription plan, or rendering our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Slayy Digital LLC provides web design, development, SEO, AI integration, and ongoing maintenance under a monthly subscription model or as one-off projects. Specific deliverables are outlined in your individual plan.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time subject to notice periods specified upon checkout. Unused revisions or requests do not roll over to subsequent billing periods.
Upon full, successful payment of a deliverable or the relevant billing cycle, ownership of the finalized designs and code transfers to you. Slayy Digital LLC reserves the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is explicitly signed.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services in the month preceding any claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our designs or code.
